The 1700 sq foot home is full of large windows with breath taking views. The all brick large patio surrounds 3/4 of the house with a table that seats 6 for outside dining with umbrella. There is a large fire pit for hanging out at in the evenings with all the wood you need. The home has natural gas heat as well as an indoor wood fireplace. There is central air for those warm days. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower. I have a Queen Air Matress if needed and room in the downstairs bedroom for it. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen gadgets, pans and dishes. There are 5 bar/ restaurants within 5 miles of the house if you don't want to cook. I also have a small gass grill if you are in the mood. I have both a K cup machine and a regular coffee pot with filters. Our water is great tasting. The dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave are all new.
